Our core business is the ongoing support of our customer’s networks. The two main support options that we offer are:
'Pay As You Go' Network Support Contract
For customers with very modest IT support needs, we offer the option of Pay As You Go. Simply register with us as a PAYG customer and we'll add your details to our Support database. There's no upfront payment and you are invoiced only for the time that you use. Under this scheme, all support calls incur a minimum half-hour charge, thereafter we bill in 15 minute blocks.
'Fixed Price' Network Support Contract
For customers with greater IT support needs, we offer three levels of fixed price contract - Standard, Basic and Lite. Our contracts provide you with telephone support, remote support and onsite support as required. In addition you benefit from scheduled onsite maintenance visits and can rest safe in the knowledge that we are monitoring key performance indicators on your servers and networking equipment at all times.
The difference between the 3 levels of fixed price contract are the frequency of the scheduled maintenance visit and the amount of ‘free’ labour that you are entitled to per incident.
